EDF employee shareholders poised to sue France over nationalisation plan

PARIS, July 17 (Reuters) – An association of EDF worker shareholders announced on Sunday their plan to sue the French state pertaining to its nationalisation of the ability large.

“Right now the state demands to describe alone for the management as extremely-bulk stakeholder of the organization,” the association “Energie en steps” reported in a assertion.

The association retains that the government’s decision goes towards the fascination of the business and the minority shareholders, the assertion extra.
